With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of JUDr. Alexandr Kocián, one of the founders of our firm.
e was not only an icon of the legal profession in Karlovy Vary and a respected lawyer, but also an inspiring colleague, a mentor to an entire generation of our attorneys, and, last but not least, a man with a sense of humor who always spread good cheer.
His legacy remains a lasting part of our firm and our lives. We honor his memory.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 29 May at 11:00 a.m. in the Main Ceremonial Hall of the Crematorium in Prague - Strašnice.

KŠB has been providing long-term legal advice to J&T Bank in connection with debt financing for Czech entrepreneurs. One of the most recent transactions involved granting a loan to the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa, one of Prague’s most renowned boutique hotels, owned by Giorgio Bonelli, a prominent figure in the Italian business community in the Czech Republic.
