Prominutí správního poplatku při elektronickém podání
Důvodem pro vydání tohoto pokynu byla skutečnost, že dle zákona o správních poplatcích jsou od poplatku osvobozeny úkony, které správce daně v elektronické podobě nejen přijme, ale v elektronické podobě na ně i odpoví. Vzhledem k tomu, že finanční úřady zatím nemají technické vybavení k tomu, aby elektronická podání vyřizovali elektronicky, promíjí Ministerstvo financí ČR správní poplatky jak uvedeno výše.
