KSB Drafts First EU Prospectus for Nemomax Growth Fund

A team led by Vlastimil Pihera and Josef Kříž advised real estate investment fund Nemomax on its first EU growth prospectus. With fund capital of almost one billion Czech crowns, the investment fund focuses on investments in real estate projects in the Czech Republic, mainly in the residential housing sector, and is managed by Avant, a leading Czech investment company.

Nemomax’s latest major projects include VIVA Lipno (development of apartment houses on the banks of Lipno Lake), VIVA Vrchlabí (development of 58 apartment units in the city of Vrchlabí), and development of family houses in Čimice and Bakovo.

The issuer will use the issue to finance its acquisition and development activities.
