Summary of Double Taxation Treaties
The Ministry of Finance has updated (effective as of 1 January 2012) the list of all Double Taxation Treaties binding for the Czech Republic. The list contains a total of 77 applicable treaties. Several other treaties are awaiting the conclusion of legislative procedures. The list is available at on the Czech Taxation Administration’s website.
