After almost a year of negotiations, the project was sold by Enerjisa Enerji Uretim, which is owned on a 50/50 basis by Turkish Sabanci Group and German E.ON. Together with the project, Energo-Pro acquired a power plant operator’s license which will be valid until 2059.
