ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV was established in 2019 as the third real estate investment product of the ARETE Group. It focuses on investments in production and logistics properties with a stable yield and complements them with new construction of the fund itself.

Its advertising media cover key locations across the country, including the Prague metro and major transport hubs.
