KSB advised Bank Gutmann Aktiengesellschaft on opening a Prague branch

The legal advice was primarily given on issues associated with the uniform European banking license ad Czech law applicable to investment services in the Czech Republic, including AML issues.
KSB continues counselling Bank Gutmann on regulatory and other legal issues in connection with the bank’s Czech operations.
Bank Gutmann Aktiengesellschaft is a leading Austrian private bank. It was founded in 1922 and specializes in asset management.
