The amendments to tax legislation in relation to recodification were approved by the lower house on 8 August in the third reading. The amendments include in particular Parliamentary Presses No. 1003 – Bill on Tax on Acquisition of Immovable Items and No. 1004 – Bill on a Change to Tax Acts in connection with the upcoming private law recodification. The amendments will now go to the upper house. We will keep you informed of further developments.
