KŠB advises Olpran in Bikero insolvency proceedings
Kocián Šolc Balaštík has advised bicycle manufacturer Olpran, a notable player in the Czech cycling market, in the insolvency proceedings of Bikero.

KŠB’s team, comprising Pavel Dejl, Jan Lasák and Pavla Veselková, who serves as Chair of the Creditors’ Committee, represents Olpranas a creditor. The firm’s mandate focuses on protecting the client’s positionin a time-sensitive and commercially significant process.
The proceedings have involved the disposal of Bikero’s key assets and the related implications for creditors. KŠB has provided legal support in asserting the client’s claims and navigating the individual steps ofthe insolvency process.
