KSB represents New Frontier Holding in acquisition of majority share in Profinit
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík represented the Austrian company New Frontier Holding GmbH in purchase of sixty percent share in the Czech company Profinit, s.r.o., a provider of specialized IT solutions.
The acquisition of Profinit represents New Frontier Holding’s first step towardrealization of its plan that aims to form a strong group of companies in Centraland Eastern Europe that specialize in information technologies and providecomplex IT services to their customers.

Project Financing of a Strategic Logistics Complex in Nymburk
