KŠB advises Olpran in Bikero insolvency proceedings
Kocián Šolc Balaštík has advised bicycle manufacturer Olpran in connection with the insolvency proceedings of Bikero, a notable player in the Czech cycling market.

KŠB’s team, comprising Pavel Dejl, Jan Lasák and Pavla Veselková, represented Olpran in its capacity as a creditor. KŠB’s mandate primarily involved protecting Olpran’s position in a situation where the steps taken within the insolvency process are both time-sensitive and commercially significant.
The proceedings addressed the terms of disposing of Bikero’s key assets and the related implications for creditors.
