KSB acts for Cramo Plc on its acquisition of Techniline spol. s r.o.

The transaction is aligned with Cramo's strategy of expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, and integrates the existing business of Cramo s.r.o. (based in the Czech Republic). The new company will continue to operate under the name Techniline.
Cramo is i.a. a leading equipment rental and rental-related services provider and currently operates over 260 rental outlets Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe. Cramo is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki.
