KSB to participate in Czech-Polish Energy Day in Ostrava
KSB lawyers will lecture on issues relating to Czech renewable resources on the Czech-Polish Energy Day in Ostrava on 20 April 2011. The lecture will include information on the fundamental principles on which the draft bill on subsidized energy resources is based, including comparison with the currently applicable legislation.
The Czech-Polish Energy Day in Ostrava is held as part of the 17th Annual Exhibition of Engineering and Technologies for Long-Distance Heat Deliveries, Electrical Power Industry and Renewable Resources. For more details please click here

KŠB Provided Legal Advisory in the Sale of ARETE Park Rokycany II to the REICO LONG LEASE Fund
Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, and Yelizaveta Volodina assisted the ARETE group in the sale of the premium logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II. The buyer is the REICO LONG LEASE fund, managed by REICO Erste Asset Management. The fund primarily invests in logistics, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties, mainly in the Central European region.
