KSB takes part in an international merger

KSB’s advice included full service legal assistance with organizing the merger, including steps and the coordination thereof in Cyprus, as well as assistance with certain accounting and tax related issues, including those resulting from different Czech and Cypriot procedures.
The merger was successfully completed on 25 November 2009 upon the resolution on the registration of the merger in the Czech Commercial Register taking legal force and effect.
