KŠB advises the founders on the sale of the LIPOELASTIC Group
KŠB, in collaboration with investment advisers from the Roklen Group, advised LIPOELASTIC Group founders Alena and Tomáš Hradil on their exit from the group, which they had built up over almost twenty-five years.

Alena and Tomáš Hradil founded LIPOELASTIC in 2002 in Valašské Meziříčí and built it into one of the world's leading manufacturers of post-operative compression garments, which are now worn by patients in more than 75 countries. The group employs 250 people, manufactures primarily in the Czech Republic and partly in Slovakia, and enters key foreign markets through its own subsidiaries in several other countries. Last year, its revenue reached over 600 million Czech crowns.
The main buyer is the investment group JSK Investments, owned by Simona and Jaromír Kijonka. The family investment group Angee Capital, owned by Jan and Radka Rozlivka, is also acquiring a stake in the group, and the management of the LIPOELASTIC group is also joining the ownership structure.
In addition to KŠB, Roklen, led by Jakub Burda and Adam Tománek, provided comprehensive investment advice to the sellers. Its role encompassed managing the entire process, from the initial analysis and proposal of the structure and strategy, through the execution of the project, to the final settlement.
KŠB’s team working on the transaction consisted of Martin Krejčí, Josef Kříž, Marek Dunda and Michaela Hradská.
