KŠB advised on the sale of shares in BigBoard Praha
The J&T Arch Investments fund, the main investment platform of the J&T Group, acquired a significant stake in the largest outdoor advertising operator in the Czech Republic, BigBoard Praha, from the JOJ Media House group.

In addition to traditional and digital outdoor advertising, BigBoard Praha also operates, among other things, the metropolitan news platform PrahaIN.cz, the magazine Flowee.cz, the FDB.cz database, the classifieds website Hyperinzerce.cz, the specialist media portal Médiář, and the tourist portal Špindl.info. It also holds a stake in the television station Praha TV.
Our advice in the transaction included full legal support to the seller, the Slovak JOJ Media House group, provided by Drahomír Tomašuk and Ján Béreš, and competition law advice to the purchaser, BB Global – not only in relation to the merger notification to the Office for the Protection of Competition, but also successful representation in all subsequent proceedings before the authority – provided by Pavel Dejl, Martin Vráb, and Filip Řehák.
