KŠB provided legal advice to BM Management s.r.o. during the acquisition of Centrum Holdings s.r.o., the operator of Aktuálně.cz, Centrum.cz, Atlas.cz and other web portals, by Economia, a.s.
Economia is a major Czech publishing house whose best known titles include daily Hospodářské noviny, weeklies Respekt and Ekonom, and news website ihned.cz.
The transaction was concluded in late June 2013.
