KŠB Advised J&T IB and Capital Markets on the 3M FUND MSI SICAV Bond Program
Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided legal advice to J&T IB and Capital Markets, a.s. as the arranger in preparing the base prospectus for 3M FUND MSI SICAV a.s.’s bond program.
The program enables 3M FUND MSI SICAV to issue bonds over a ten-year period up to a total nominal value of CZK 2.5 billion. The Czech National Bank approved the base prospectus by decision dated May 20, 2026. The bonds are intended for public offering and for admission to trading on the Regulated Market of the Prague Stock Exchange.
3M FUND MSI SICAV is part of the MS-INVEST Group, an established Czech real estate group focused on residential and commercial development, particularly in Prague and Brno. The program represents another step in the group’s use of capital market instruments to finance its activities.

KŠB Runs for a Good Cause
On Tuesday, 8 September three teams from KŠB took part in the eighth annual Good Will Run organised by the Olga Havel Foundation in Prague’s Hvězda Park. Proceeds from the entry fees will go towards supporting families facing difficult circumstances due to serious illness, loss of housing or domestic violence.
