KSB provides legal services to sellers during the sale of companies managing 2,700 apartments in Litvínov
The legal services provided by KSB consisted in particular of drafting a share purchase agreement and preparing the relevant documents for the purchaser’s legal audit. KSB also participated in the settlement of the whole transaction.
