KSB provides legal services to Chapman University
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided consultancy to Chapman University of Orange County, California in the establishment of a branch in the Czech Republic. The branch will provide the MBA program in the Czech Republic.
Chapman University was established in 1861 and is one of the oldest private universities in California. Entrepreneur magazine and The Princeton Review ranked Chapman University in the top ten schools in the USA for entrepreneurship programs for 2007 and 2008.

Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, and Yelizaveta Volodina assisted the ARETE group in the sale of the premium logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II. The buyer is the REICO LONG LEASE fund, managed by REICO Erste Asset Management. The fund primarily invests in logistics, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties, mainly in the Central European region.
