KŠB to Be Partner of Payment Card Innovation Conference

This year’s conference, once again held by publisher Economia, will focus on changes, threats and opportunities, which new cashless payment innovations may have for financial institutions, the transport and business sector, and state and regional government.

The conference will be attended by Czech National Bank Governor Miroslav Singer and other important speakers, including two KŠB lawyers.

KŠB counsel Drahomír Tomašuk will speak about the innovations’ legal aspects, particularly with regard to data protection, while KŠB lawyer Vlastimil Pihera will focus on payment instruments and client identifications in terms of AML.

Other speakers will include representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the banking sector and IT companies. The conference will take place in the Czech National Bank’s Conference Centre on 21 October 2015.

Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, and Yelizaveta Volodina assisted the ARETE group in the sale of the premium logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II. The buyer is the REICO LONG LEASE fund, managed by REICO Erste Asset Management. The fund primarily invests in logistics, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties, mainly in the Central European region.
