KŠB To Hold Seminars at the 2014 International Engineering Fair
In collaboration with the German-Czech Trade and Industrial Chamber (DTIHK), KŠB will hold two legal seminars during the International Engineering Fair in Brno at the end of September-beginning of October.
The seminars are for German-speaking foreign businesses which are contemplating doing business in the Czech Republic. The seminars will take place in the Congress Hall (Hall E): the first on Tuesday, 30 September at 2 p.m. and the second on Thursday, 2 October at 10 a.m. The seminars will be held in German and will cover establishing or acquiring a company in the Czech Republic, entering into agreements under Czech law, and the basic labour law and changes resulting from the new Civil Code. Advising GRIDARCH a.s. on the Sale of Land in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park
KSB’s team (Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, Jakub Mehl) provided legal counsel to GRIDARCH a.s. in connection with the sale of land located in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP), which is being developed into an industrial zone with logistics facilities. The purchaser of the 110,000 sqm of commercial land was EQT Exeter.
