KŠB To Hold Seminars at the 2014 International Engineering Fair
The seminars are for German-speaking foreign businesses which are contemplating doing business in the Czech Republic. The seminars will take place in the Congress Hall (Hall E): the first on Tuesday, 30 September at 2 p.m. and the second on Thursday, 2 October at 10 a.m. The seminars will be held in German and will cover establishing or acquiring a company in the Czech Republic, entering into agreements under Czech law, and the basic labour law and changes resulting from the new Civil Code. The Municipal Court in Prague, in the first instance, dismissed the claims of former minority shareholders of PFNonwovens a.s., who challenged the adequacy of the consideration paid during the squeeze-out carried out in March 2021 and sought to have it increased by up to double the amount.
