KŠB To Hold Seminars at the 2014 International Engineering Fair

In collaboration with the German-Czech Trade and Industrial Chamber (DTIHK), KŠB will hold two legal seminars during the International Engineering Fair in Brno at the end of September-beginning of October.

The seminars are for German-speaking foreign businesses which are contemplating doing business in the Czech Republic. The seminars will take place in the Congress Hall (Hall E): the first on Tuesday, 30 September at 2 p.m. and the second on Thursday, 2 October at 10 a.m. The seminars will be held in German and will cover establishing or acquiring a company in the Czech Republic, entering into agreements under Czech law, and the basic labour law and changes resulting from the new Civil Code.
