KŠB To Hold Seminars at the 2014 International Engineering Fair

In collaboration with the German-Czech Trade and Industrial Chamber (DTIHK), KŠB will hold two legal seminars during the International Engineering Fair in Brno at the end of September-beginning of October.

The seminars are for German-speaking foreign businesses which are contemplating doing business in the Czech Republic. The seminars will take place in the Congress Hall (Hall E): the first on Tuesday, 30 September at 2 p.m. and the second on Thursday, 2 October at 10 a.m. The seminars will be held in German and will cover establishing or acquiring a company in the Czech Republic, entering into agreements under Czech law, and the basic labour law and changes resulting from the new Civil Code. Advising J&T on the preparation of another bond programme – the Europacity Berlin project.

KŠB provided legal advice to its long-standing client, the J&T group, in connection with the preparation of another bond programme, this time related to the Europacity Berlin project. Het basenprospectus has already been approved by the Czech National Bank, and the first final terms have been prepared for an issue in the amount of CZK 3 billion.
