KSB Presents Key Digital Obligations for 2026 at Business Breakfast in Ostrava
On 24 September 2026, Kocián Šolc Baláštík (KSB), in cooperation with the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Moravian-Silesian Region, hosted a business breakfast under the title "Digital Obligations 2026: Cybersecurity, E-commerce and Accessibility Under the Microscope". The event was held at Futureum in the Dolní Vítkovice area of Ostrava.
Speakers Petra Mirovská and Vojtěch Jelonek addressed the new Cybersecurity Act and the most common compliance mistakes businesses make. They also addressed the obligation imposed on e-shops to allow contract withdrawal with a single click as of June 2026 and the accessibility requirements for e-commerce for personswith disabilities.
The event drew a full house and was very well received. Attendees praised the content and format of the presentation, and particularly valued the practical examples and experience shared, which helped them identify areas requiring further attention, as confirmed by client feedback received after the event.
