L2bAviation’s members specialize in legal advice on aircraft sales and purchases, all types of financing, including wet and dry leasing, liability issues, aviation labour law, insurance and re-insurance, insolvency, competition law, IP and aviation-related litigation.

KŠB’s partner in charge of aviation law is Jiří Horník, who graduated from McGill University’s Institute of Air and Space Law in Montreal, Canada. Jiří is also a management committee member of the European Air Law Association.
