KŠB continues its tradition of being a pioneer of innovation in the field of legal services. As the first major independent law firm on the Czech market, KŠB has started to utilize Legora, an efficient AI assistant developed specifically for legal professionals, a step which will further strengthen our long-term vision – to combine first class legal expertise with modern technologies, thereby allowing us to deliver top-quality legal services to clients even more efficiently.

Today Legora is assisting more than 400 leading law firms and legal teams around the world. In addition to being able to instantly analyse documents and search for information, it can also prepare precise legal texts – all with an emphasis on data security and the specifics of legal language. Unlike common AI tools, Legora was created exclusively for legal work, with all the resulting advantages.

As part of a pilot project, KŠB tested the platform across various legal agendas and work processes, and – together with Legora’s developers – we launched a project that reflects the real needs of our lawyers and our clients.

Our cooperation with Legora and our joint journey is just beginning. Together we will continue to integrate the platform across the firm and develop further ways that AI can advance Czech and global legal services into a new era.

Martin Šolc, founding partner of KŠB:

"From day one, we’ve aimed to be a firm that pioneers new approaches, whether it's new solutions to client problems or new ways of working. Our cooperation with Legora, which I personally look forward to very much, is thus a continuation of that tradition. The next step is to adapt our work processes so we can use Legora's AI efficiently while maintaining professional control of outputs and not changing anything about our personal commitment and client leadership."

Jiří Horník, partner KŠB:

"Our clients are accustomed to efficiency, precision and the innovative approach that defines our work. Thanks to Legora, we are taking these qualities even further – we will combine legal expertise with the most modern artificial intelligence to bring clients even greater added value. Seeking innovative solutions has always been our tradition.

LudwigOlofsson, Legora’s GTM Manager:

Our collaboration with Kocian Solc Balastik shows how leading firms are embracing AI in a pragmatic and impactful way. We’re proud to support their teams in setting a new standard for innovation in legal services.”
