KŠB Advised PepsiCo CZ on the Sale of Its Toma Business

KŠB’s team (managing partner Dagmar Dubecká and associate Jana Guričová) advised PepsiCo (a KMV company) on separating and selling its Toma business (a bottled water producer) to Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko.

The contract was signed on 23 August 2019. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
