KŠB Assisted Sandberg Capital with a Majority Investment in HotelTime Solutions
The KŠB team provided legal advice to the investment group Sandberg Capital on the completion of a majority investment in HotelTime Solutions, one of the leading providers of cloud-based software for hotel operations management.

The investment was made through Sandberg Investment Fund II. Today, HotelTime Solutions provides its services to more than 700 hotels in 20 countries worldwide and has long ranked among the five highest-rated hotel property management systems globally (according to the HotelTechReport ranking). The company has a strong international presence across Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia and is well positioned for the next phase of global growth.
The transaction aligns with Sandberg Capital’s long-term strategy in the Travel & Hospitality Tech sector and represents another key platform investment with significant international potential.
On behalf of KŠB, the transaction was handled by Ján Béreš and Drahomír Tomašuk, with support from Daniel Medový, who provided comprehensive legal advice to the client throughout the entire process. The due diligence was carried out by a broader KŠB team.
