KSB Advises Solitea Holding on Acquisition of Clever Decision
KSB’s team led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk advised Solitea Holding on the acquisition of a 100% share in Clever Decision, spol. s r.o., a major BI solution and data warehouse player on the Czech and Slovak markets.
The acquisition helps Solitea Holding, one of the largest suppliers of accounting and business information systems in Central Europe and the Balkans, strengthen its business intelligence and expand its data analytics team.
KSB was in charge of due diligence and negotiations, and drafted the acquisition agreements.
