Kocián Šolc Balaštík is deemed to be one of the best law firms in the Czech Republic in the area of competition law

Based on an analysis performed by the prestigious magazine Global Competition Review (No. 8, December 2005/January 2006), law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík was assessed as one of the top three elite law firms in the Czech Republic in the area of competition law.

An important personal appraisal was also awarded to Pavel Dejl, the attorney leading KŠB’s economic competition team, who was recognized at the beginning of 2006 as one of the world’s legal experts in the field of competition law after careful selection carried out by the representatives of Global Competition Review and Who’s Who Legal. Dejl will be entered on behalf of the Czech Republic in the most prestigious international list of specialists in competition law, The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers 2006.

Pavel Dejl is not the first KŠB attorney to be recognized in the list of top global legal experts published under the name of Who’s Who Legal. In the past, Martin Šolc achieved international recognition in the area of mergers and acquisitions and Jiří Balaštík in the area of competition law.

The magazine Global Competition Review and the Who’s Who Legal lists are published by the London based independent publishing house Law Business Research Limited whose publications are considered one of the most serious and reputable sources of information for legal services on the international market.
