Client Seminar – Personal Data Protection II
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík is preparing the second part of an ongoing seminar in the field of personal data protection. The seminar will focus on specific topics in this area, such as the transmission of personal data to foreign countries, the processing of personal data of employees (including the monitoring of employees and their electronic communications), CCTV, the sending of marketing communications and other related practical questions.
As in the case of the introductory seminar, KSB’s attorneys specialising in this field, Martin Kubík, Petra Mirovská and Drahomír Tomašuk, will each give a presentation. Advising GRIDARCH a.s. on the Sale of Land in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park
KSB’s team (Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, Jakub Mehl) provided legal counsel to GRIDARCH a.s. in connection with the sale of land located in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP), which is being developed into an industrial zone with logistics facilities. The purchaser of the 110,000 sqm of commercial land was EQT Exeter.
