Who is afraid of new regulation of private law? Euro No. 45/2010
KSB partner Martin Šolc comments in the weekly Euro on the need to push through the new Civil Code and Act on Corporations. He draws attention to a number of problems caused by existing legal regulations for entrepreneurial environment, for example the existence of two different legal regimes for one and the same agreement, the institute of invalidity of legal acts and others. KŠB na společném fóru soudců a advokátů
Dne 12. února 2026 se v Brně uskutečnil 2. ročník společného setkání zástupců ze soudnictví a advokacie pod záštitou České advokátní komory a Nejvyššího správního soudu. Naši advokátní kancelář na tomto významném fóru zastupovali Petra Mirovská a Jakub Mehl.
