Who is afraid of new regulation of private law? Euro No. 45/2010
KSB partner Martin Šolc comments in the weekly Euro on the need to push through the new Civil Code and Act on Corporations. He draws attention to a number of problems caused by existing legal regulations for entrepreneurial environment, for example the existence of two different legal regimes for one and the same agreement, the institute of invalidity of legal acts and others. Žáci 5. třídy ZŠ Square obhajovali svůj projekt finanční gramotnosti v naší kanceláři
V rámci projektu „Advokáti do škol" se naše advokátka Petra Mirovská dlouhodobě věnuje mentoringu žáků základních škol. Letos doprovázela tým třídy Lvů z 5.Q Základní školy Square v pražských Nuslích při přípravě na 15. ročník Soutěže Finanční gramotnost.
