Smlouva o strategické spolupráci (Projekt 33)
Poskytněte svému klientovi, nadačnímu fondu bank, transakční poradenství související s poskytnutím několika biliónové investice umožňující vývoj teleportu do 33 let, a to za účelem odstranění ekologické zátěže dopravy.
Připravte návrh smlouvy o strategickém partnerství na základě dohodnutého term-sheetu, zohledněte specifické požadavky návratnosti investice a obhajte funkčnost a ucelenost takové smlouvy pro případ vzniklých sporů v rámci ústního kola.
Oslavte s námi 33 let a zachraňme svět.
Termín pro podávání přihlášek a podání je 19. listopadu 2023. Dne 7. prosince 2023 proběhne ústní kolo, na jehož konci budou vyhlášeny výsledky soutěže. Přihlášky do soutěže zasílejte na emailovou adresu: academicactivities.prague@cz.elsa.org
Týmy postupující do ústního kola budou pozvány na společný oběd s partnery a advokáty KŠB.
