Advising GRIDARCH a.s. on the Sale of Land in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park

KSB’s team (Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, Jakub Mehl) provided legal counsel to GRIDARCH a.s. in connection with the sale of land located in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP), which is being developed into an industrial zone with logistics facilities. The purchaser of the 110,000 sqm of commercial land was EQT Exeter.

GRIDARCH a.s. is a Czech development company specializing in the preparation, construction, and leasing of modern industrial and logistics real estate. The company initiated the development of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Ostrava-Mošnov in 2018.

EQT Exeter is a global real estate investor and asset manager focused on logistics, office, and residential projects. It was formed in 2021 through the merger of EQT Real Estate and Exeter Property Group, and currently manages assets worth over USD 35 billion.
