Advising ARETE on the acquisition of an industrial site in Milovice
KSB's team (Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, Zuzana Slabá) advised a long-standing client, the real estate investment group ARETE, on further expanding its portfolio of industrial sites. ARETE Group has long been focusing on real estate investments in the CEE region through its investment funds. It is currently investing through the 3rd investment fund ARETE INDUSTRIAL, whose portfolio now includes a newly purchased industrial hall near Milovice in Central Bohemia with an area of more than 8,000 sqm and additional land for future expansion with an area of over 22,000 sqm.
The seller was AAS Automotive and its new owner, Irish company Decotek Group. Both companies specialise in the manufacture of car roof racks and other components for the global automotive industry. AAS Automotive's biggest customers include Skoda Auto, but it also supplies Porsche and Aston Martin. AAS Automotive will remain a long-term tenant in the Milovice site following the sale.

Advising J&T on EMMA Capital Bond Issuance
KŠB provided legal advice to its long-term client, the J&T group, in connection with the preparation of a bond programme for the investment group EMMA Capital. The base prospectus has already been approved by the Czech National Bank and notified to the National Bank of Slovakia. Advising GRIDARCH a.s. on the Sale of Land in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park
KSB’s team (Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, Jakub Mehl) provided legal counsel to GRIDARCH a.s. in connection with the sale of land located in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP), which is being developed into an industrial zone with logistics facilities. The purchaser of the 110,000 sqm of commercial land was EQT Exeter.
