Advising ARETE on the acquisition of an industrial site in Milovice
The seller was AAS Automotive and its new owner, Irish company Decotek Group. Both companies specialise in the manufacture of car roof racks and other components for the global automotive industry. AAS Automotive's biggest customers include Skoda Auto, but it also supplies Porsche and Aston Martin. AAS Automotive will remain a long-term tenant in the Milovice site following the sale.
In addition to advice on the land acquisition and due diligence, our services included advice on negotiating the lease agreement.
