This complements Seyfor's OneCore system, which has made the company a leader in the Czech leasing software market and successfully enabled its global expansion.
Our assistance included negotiating the acquisition agreement and related documentation. We collaborated on the transaction with the Slovak law firm Nitschneider & Partners.
