KSB provides assistance in lease negotiations of the Corinthia Prague hotel

KSB's team (Jiří Horník, Václav Rovenský, Michal Hanuš, Yelizaveta Volodina) helped Corinthia Group negotiate a long-term lease of the building where the five-star Corinthia Prague hotel currently operates. With 539 rooms, the Corinthia Prague building is one of the leading hotels in the Czech Republic and one of the largest properties in Prague. 

Corinthia Group is an international investment and development group operating luxury hotels and resorts in Europe and Africa. The tenant is a company from the CZECH INN HOLDING group, which operates a hotel chain with more than 20 hotels in the Czech Republic and abroad.
