Law firm Kocian Solc Balastik advises on the sale of RPG Byty

KSB advised the sellers in connection with the sale of a 100% ownership interest in RPG Byty, the largest privately owned rental residential real estate company in the Czech Republic, along with its facilities management company, RPG Služby. The portfolio consists of more than 43,000 residential units with a total area of approximately 2.6 million square meters that are concentrated in the second largest urban area in the Czech Republic, the Ostrava region.
The buyers are investors represented by Round Hill Capital, a fully integrated global real estate investment and asset management firm. The transaction is a leading transaction in the Czech Republic in terms of residential apartment portfolio sales.
