Kocián Šolc Balaštík Strengthens Its German Desk

Rainer Frank is a member of the Karlsruhe Bar Association, the Czech Bar Association and the Real Estate Market Development Association. He focuses on real property law, mergers & acquisitions and banking law. Rainer graduated from the universities of Regensburg and Tübingen, and he speaks German, English and Czech.
Two of Rainer’s colleagues will be the other additions to KŠB’s team: Pavla Veselková has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2014 and specializes in civil law, corporate law, insolvency and banking. Petra Dosoudilová has also been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2014 and focuses on civil law, corporate law, real property law, and administrative law.
