Pavel Dejl becomes new managing partner of KSB

Pavel Dejl has become the new managing partner of Kocián Šolc Balaštík as of 1 August 2022, replacing Petr Kasík as part of the firm’s planned rotation. Together with Jiří Horník, Petr Kasík remains a member of KSB’s three-member management committee and both will continue to support the managing partner.

"I would like to thank Petr Kasík for his leadership during this challenging time and I hope that I will continue his work successfully," says Pavel Dejl. Petr Kasík adds: "Thanks to Pavel's skills and experience, I am confident that the firm is in the right hands."

In addition to managing the firm, Pavel Dejl will continue to focus on competition and unfair competition law and litigation and arbitration, in which he has long been ranked by international rating agencies such as Chambers & Partners, Who's Who Legal and Legal500 as a leading expert in the Czech Republic.
