KSB Advises ARETE on Closing Its Real Estate Sub-Fund

The ARETE investment and real estate group, which includes funds that invest in real estate, has successfully closed the investment cycle of its ARETE INVEST CEE II sub-fund. Following the EUR 113.2 million sale of the sub-fund's portfolio to Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) in March (KSB advised ARETE on the transaction as well), the company has paid all investors in the sub-fund and settled the bank financing liabilities.

This is the second successful closing of a sub-fund within the ARETE Group.

KSB advised the founders of the ARETE Group on, among other things, issues related to dissolving the sub-fund and settling its liabilities.

"I would like to thank KSB's team for their exemplary advice and professionalism throughout the entire life of ARETE INVEST CEE II, its sale and successful closing," added Lubor Svoboda, co-founder of ARETE Group.
