KŠB assisted Webglobe in the acquisition of savana.cz

The KŠB team (Drahomír Tomašuk and Jana Guričová) assisted in yet another significant acquisition in the field of IT. Our client, the company Webglobe, acquired the company savana.cz which provides domain registration services, web hosting and server hosting.

Webglobe was established in 2021 by merger of the Czech companies IGNUM, Stable.cz and Hosting90 and belongs to the WY Group, which specializes in domain registration, web hosting and management of demanding online infrastructures. Behind the WY Group is the investment fund Sandberg Capital, to which the KŠB team most recently assisted in the acquisition of Daktela (more details here).

Our advice to Webglobe consisted of performing due diligence of savana.cz and preparing and negotiating acquisition documentation.

You can find more information here, for example (only in Czech).
