KŠB Advises on Sale of DAQUAS
KŠB’s team, led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk and senior associate Ján Béreš, advised on the sale of DAQUAS, a company engaged in providing full-service IT consulting, acquisition and management of software licenses, use of Microsoft Online Services, and more.
The buyer is ALSO Holding AG, a Swiss distribution and logistics company. Settlement of the transaction is expected in the spring of 2021 after the transaction is approved by the Czech Competition Authority.
KSB's services consisted mainly in the preparation and negotiation of acquisition and post-acquisition agreements.
