KŠB Advises on Sale of Smetanová cukrárna
The foundations of the company were laid in the early 1990s, and over the years the small family business has become one of the leading suppliers of confectionery products to national and multinational chains in the Czech Republic and abroad, especially in Slovakia. The KŠB team providing advice in legal matters consisted of Dagmar Dubecká, Jan Béreš and Filip Buchta, and in tax matters of Helena Navrátilová, included due diligence, assessment of tax issues, assessment of related corporate matters, as well as competition issues, and preparing and negotiating of the transaction documentation, including an introductory term-sheet.
