Although the goal is always to transport people or goods from place to place, each mode of transport has its own specifics and pitfalls. In addition, it is often subject to strict regulation at various levels. We have been operating in the field of transport for a long time and we are thus able to effectively advise all entities within the given sector. We advise carriers, transport infrastructure providers, investors and banks in financing infrastructure or means of transport, insurance companies and sometimes regulators. We deal not only with contracts, but also with complex regulation, resolution of insurance claims or disputes arising from contracts or liability to third parties. Clients also benefit from our experience in mergers and acquisitions in the given field. We have been providing legal advice in the field of aviation and space law for a long time. Companies operating in these sectors face many challenges related to day-to-day operations, financing, national and international regulation, aircraft certification and the like. KŠB is the only office in the Czech Republic to offer aviation services through its partner Jiří Horník, a graduate of the prestigious Institute of Aviation and Space Law at McGill University.
