In this area, we provide comprehensive advice, including legal services in matters of public law regulation, notification and registration with the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL), and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic (MZČR), pharmacovigilance and proceedings related to the safety of medicines and medical devices, in price proceedings and proceedings on reimbursement (SÚKL and MZČR), in matters of clinical trials, in matters of advertising and in matters of registration data protection and industrial protection ownership. In addition to the public agenda, we provide legal representation services and advice in contractual and litigation matters in connection with distribution relations, licensing relations, relations with customers - medical facilities, in matters of consignment warehouses, in the contractual provision of clinical trials, in matters of liability (liability for damage, insurance).
