Advising J&T Group on Sale of FVE Holding
One of the ways we successfully closed last year was by settling a deal between our client J&T Group and EPH Group. Our colleagues, led by associate Jana Guričová from partner Martin Krejčí's team, spent several months working on the sale of FVE Holding.
The transaction was approved by the Czech Competition Authority in the second half of December, and we were happy that everything was completed before the end of the year. Definitely a nice end to the transaction season. It was a great pleasure.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
On April 7, 2026, the European Commission published a proposal for a regulation establishing the European Union Space Services Agency (EUSSA), amending Regulation (EU) 2021/696. The proposal [COM(2026) 152 final] significantly expands the mandate of the existing EUSPA, headquartered in Prague, and nearly doubles its budget.
