KSB Advises Solitea Group

KSB has advised Solitea, one of the largest software companies in Central Europe, on obtaining financing totalling approximately EUR 70 million. The funds will be used primarily to refinance Solitea’s existing loans.

More than 15 companies currently operate under the Solitea flag, and the corporate group continues to grow across European countries.

KSB has also recently had the opportunity to assist Solitea Group in a number of acquisition projects, which continue to strengthen Solitea’s position on the European market. Some of the most significant projects include the acquisition of PRYTANIS, a.s., a leading Czech supplier of information systems for trucking, passenger transport and freight forwarding and logistics companies (more information here); the acquisition of Mainstream Technologies, s.r.o. and its parent company Powerstream, a.s, the most significant partners in its segment of global technology company Microsoft (more information here); the acquisition of D3Soft, which custom-develops and implements CRM systems and energy solutions for medium and large companies (more information here); and the acquisition of AspectWorks, a company focused on cloud-based platforms (more information here).

KŠB Runs for a Good Cause

On Tuesday, 8 September three teams from KŠB took part in the eighth annual Good Will Run organised by the Olga Havel Foundation in Prague’s Hvězda Park. Proceeds from the entry fees will go towards supporting families facing difficult circumstances due to serious illness, loss of housing or domestic violence.
