KSB Advises Leading Developer VGP

KSB's team (in particular partner Jiří Horník and senior associate Richard Hamran) has advised VGP Group, a leading developer and owner of logistics centres, on a long-term basis, primarily on acquiring, selling, operating and leasing warehouses, manufacturing premises and office buildings.

"We have worked with KSB since 2006. We are happy to be successfully developing our projects throughout the CEE region with the help of KSB's team," says Tomas Van Geet, Commercial Manager at VGP.

In 2021, we assisted VGP in negotiating lease agreements for almost 180,000 sqm in the Czech Republic and over 141,000 sqm abroad (Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia). Tenants include OKAY, Ardon Safety, DACHSER Czech Republic, DHL Express, and Drylock Technologies.

We recently advised VGP on a lease agreement with Continental, which has leased 57,000 sqm in new logistics park VGP Park Bratislava. The whole park offers 260,000 m2 of semi-industrial and logistics properties on the total area of 58 hectares.
