KŠB assisted Webglobe in the acquisition of savana.cz

Webglobe was established in 2021 by merger of the Czech companies IGNUM, Stable.cz and Hosting90 and belongs to the WY Group, which specializes in domain registration, web hosting and management of demanding online infrastructures. Behind the WY Group is the investment fund Sandberg Capital, to which the KŠB team most recently assisted in the acquisition of Daktela (more details here).
Our advice to Webglobe consisted of performing due diligence of savana.cz and preparing and negotiating acquisition documentation.
