KŠB assisted Eligo in the acquisition of the Czech activities of the Sodiaal Group
The KŠB team provided legal advice to Eligo, a food company specializing in the production of dried dairy products, on the acquisition of the Czech branch of the French company Euroserum, a manufacturer of dried whey, which is part of one of the world's largest dairy cooperatives Sodiaal.
KŠB's assistance mainly included assistance in the selection process and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
